Terms of Use
These terms apply to the website jubeltrading.com and to the Lunchbox Threads application (the "App"). Both are operated by Jubel LLC (full legal name: Общество с ограниченной ответственностью "Джюбел", Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic; "Jubel", "we").
1. What the App is and who can use it
The App is an internal tool of the team behind the Lunchbox Passport UAE guide. It works through the Threads API provided by Meta: it finds public posts on the topic of the guide, shows the replies in the author's conversations, and publishes replies from the author's own Threads account after a person approves each reply.
The App can be authorized only by Threads accounts that we invited. It is not a public service and there is no registration.
2. Rules for authorized accounts
- You authorize the App voluntarily and can remove it at any time in Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions.
- Everything published through the App is published from your account and on your behalf. You check every text before it is published.
- The App must not be used for spam, mass or repeated identical replies, harassment, misleading content, or anything that breaks the Threads Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
3. Meta platform
The App uses the Threads API and follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. The App is not created, endorsed or supported by Meta. Threads and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
4. Personal data

5. Website content
Texts and design of this website belong to Jubel LLC. You may quote them with a link to the source. Names of other companies and products belong to their owners.
6. Availability and liability
The App and the website are provided "as is". They depend on third-party services (Threads API, hosting, Google Sheets, Telegram) and may be unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by the use of the App or the website, or by the impossibility to use them.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first, and if that fails, in the courts of the Kyrgyz Republic at our location, unless mandatory law gives you other rights.
