About
Jubel LLC (full legal name: Общество с ограниченной ответственностью "Джюбел") was registered in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, on 22 December 2014. We work with companies and creators in Kyrgyzstan and the United Arab Emirates.
We build AI-based working tools that take routine off people: reading conversations with customers and suppliers, tracking deals, task reminders, publishing and collecting responses. The tools plug into what a team already uses: work chats in messengers, email and Google Sheets. Decisions about prices, replies and posts always stay with a person.
What we do
Wholesale sales automation
A bot reads work chats in messengers and email with customers and suppliers, turns requests and offers into deals and keeps the sales funnel in Google Sheets. Margins and the check of selling price against cost are calculated by code, not by the AI model. Documents for customers are generated as PDF and Excel.
Access to correspondence is read-only: the bot never writes on behalf of the company. Disputed lines and counterparty roles are decided by a manager.
Service bot for accountants
Tasks of an accounting practice in a Google Sheet: evening reminders, a morning planning digest, recurring tasks with deadlines and priorities, quiet weekends. Accounting questions are answered only with a reference to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
A separate technical check runs every hour to make sure the bot does not lose tasks or make up data.
Marketing built on automation
Our marketing grows out of the same automation: bots help prepare content plans and texts, publish on schedule in a Telegram channel after the author approves, and collect responses and requests in a spreadsheet. On Instagram and Threads, posts and replies to people are made by a person or by official Meta tools after the person confirms.

Lunchbox Threads
An internal tool of the Lunchbox Passport UAE team. It finds public Threads conversations on the topic and helps the guide's author reply in them from her own account.
Every reply is written or approved by a person. The app sends no automated mass replies and no direct messages.

How we work
- A person in the loop. AI reads and sorts text, while decisions about money, replies and posts are made by a person.
- Code does the math. Prices, margins and totals are calculated by rules in code; the AI model does not guess them.
- Data stays with the client. Working records live in the client's Google Sheets, available only to named team members.
- Read-only first. Connections to work chats and email are read-only; sending is possible only after an explicit human confirmation.
- Checks. Every change passes automated tests, and the bots are monitored continuously.
